Presumably this means that the first Discord user's ID is 000000000000000001. There are no two IDs that are the same. Each user ID or channel ID consists of an 18 character string of numbers. I am now on the hunt for the lowest ID numbers I can find. It appears that the earlier the user's account/channel was made, the lower the number. If anyone has information that they have heard, or if something has been actually proven about this theory elsewhere, please let me know. I have tested this with several channels across several servers, as well as with user IDs to verify the information, but that does not mean that it is completely accurate.
